Project: Contemporary Kitchen in Davenport

Mr and Mrs S in Davenport were looking to transform the kitchen in their semi-detached property. They came to EBKB with the idea of creating a beautiful contemporary kitchen that would be both stylish and functional.

The plans for this kitchen involved two hurdles, with the first being the need to hide their boiler to ensure the style flows seamlessly throughout the room. The second was the challenge of fitting a range cooker into the alcove of a chimney breast. The design process found suitable solutions that would overcome these issues.

In terms of style and colour, Mr and Mrs S wanted a contemporary white painted style with handle-less cabinetry. To complement this, we added oak-effect laminate work surfaces that was both visually appealing and durable.

This kitchen is like something straight from a magazine. It offers style and function, while making the room appear light and airy. It’s a wonderful modern home that will be truly appreciated over the upcoming years.
