Project: Oak Kitchen in Lymm

Some people like to keep things simple, and that’s great! It’s just what Mr and Mrs T went for when they asked us to help them with a project in their detached house in Lymm. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, the clients approached us with the idea of having a contemporary oak kitchen. This kitchen would be easy to keep well-maintained, with doors that can be cleaned with a simple wipe.

The design process was simple enough, making this project a breeze. The only area that may have been considered an obstacle was finding the perfect shade of oak for our clients. However, after showing them a wonderful selection of options, they chose a light, airy shade which would complement the black granite work surfaces. We made the suggestion that the drain in the door and panels should be horizontal and that the handles should match to create a streamlined, contemporary look.
